effectiveness of over 25 daily sorties and $25 million worth of assets
- Deployed Squadron Commander for Predators during Operation Iraqi Freedom
(Jan 2003-Jul 2003) Responsible for all operations and personnel in first
ever use of Remote Split operations and full scale deployment of armed
Predator system.
- Leader and commander for 42 personnel and 5 civilian contractors while
deployed during combat operations to a remote desert region under extremely
adverse conditions – squadron recognized for successful sustained operations
and safety
- Instructor and evaluation pilot in the Predator system, the Unmanned
armed and surveillance aircraft – the most advanced weapon system in the
inventory
- Responsible for oversight, management, and evaluations of 25 civilian
contract instructors, contractors, and managers
- Responsible for briefing all visiting dignitaries, Congressional
leaders, and Senior Officers on the Predator system and its capabilities.

Deputy Operations Officer

- Executive Pilot for Very High Level Dignitaries, White House Staff,
National Secretaries, Top Military Leaders and advisors, leading US
Congressmen, and Foreign Dignitaries.
- Assistant Director of Operations – responsible for entire flow of Very
Important Person (VIP) airlift for 4 Gulfstream, 12 C-21 Lear Jet aircraft,
and one C-9 VIP Nightingale. Responsible for the safe and timely airlift of
all senior Government officials, both foreign and domestic, throughout
Germany, Africa, and SW Asia.
- Instructor Aircraft Commander for C-20 Gulfstream III VIP airlift.
Served as pilot for USAFE/CC (Gen Martin and Gen Jumper), SACEUR/CC (Gen
Clarke), and EUCOM/VCC. Responsible for safe passage of executives
throughout Europe, Africa, Mid East, and Asia.
- Developed a new automated retime wing scheduling and reporting tool that
kept commanders appraised of aircraft status and location on a continual
basis
- Chief of Training – responsible for the training and proficiency of 125
pilots, engineers, and flight attendance. Developed monthly training tests
and advised the commander on the state of readiness of the squadron
